APA! Dog Behavior Rehabilitation Center – Austin Pets Alive!
this is our our behavior area and we have seven little condos that we use for dog training and these are our dogs with special needs that are more than just obedience training but they need a little bit of extra support if they were maybe not as socialized as your average dog or they came from bad circumstances like maybe being neglected or abused even and these dogs are go through daily training with our trainer and a volunteer corps and the hope is that in there okay can be seen by the public and get adopted straight from here and then continue with training our hope is that people will understand that one of the main reasons that dogs are put to sleep at the shelters for behavior and so we’re trying to find solutions for that and that’s one this is one step in that direction and this is our behavior area that like I said we can accommodate up to seven animals at a time
