hey everybody this is Cassie with
off-leash canine training Lehigh Valley
and Scranton and with me here today I
have our most recent board and train
graduate Tucker Tucker is an 11 month
old Australian Shepherd who just went
through our famous two-week board and
train program Tucker was a little bit of
a different case he has already done
four lessons with me with the e-collar
I was his mom in lessons what had
happened was one day they had gone to
the vet and upon checking out a woman
who had asked to come up and pet Tucker
and his mom said of course she’s super
friendly and we’re not really sure
exactly what happened there or what the
trigger was but Tucker had lashed out
and bit that woman on the arm so his mom
was very startled and frightened by that
event obviously and reached out to us
for help so after going through four
lessons with us and locking down some
basic obedience and knowing all of our
basic commands really what we’re
focusing on here in these two weeks was
Tucker’s socialization and
desensitization to things in his
surrounding environment and other people
as well so over the course of these two
weeks we had spent a ton of time having
him greet people and creating a positive
association with strangers and also
taking his obedience to the next level
making him an off-leash obedient dog to
ah he’s excelled quite nicely no issues
whatsoever I’d never saw any kind of
aggression or reactivity so we’re gonna
just make sure that mom knows how to
properly handle and manage him out in
public now after going through the
program and really just give them the
tools for success now going forward
after he has all this awesome
