said always bring plenty of water
but be careful giving them ice-cold
water if they seem to be suffering from
heatstroke

can shock their system and cause cramps
more water they shouldn’t be drinking
salt water and their toys can be covered
with it
Newsweek says salt water can cause
dehydration vomiting or seizures beware
of stagnant pools and puddles of water
pet MD warns they could be crawling with
bacteria that cause diseases like
leptospirosis which can lead to kidney
failure if your dog wanders through any
vegetation on the way to the beach make
sure your pup is up to date with flea
and tick prevention dogs with short
coats pink noses or light-colored dogs

recommends getting sunscreen made
specifically for dogs since the kind we
use can have zinc which can be toxic to
our pets if ingested don’t get burned
