Dog IQ Test with Smartest Australian Shepherd Ever
have you ever wondered how smart is your
dog I did what are you studying for
I’m studying about a GRE this has got to
be one of the smartest puppy we’ve ever
seen he’s trading stock what’s up
everybody today we’re here with my best
friend Izu how do I just today we’re
going to be testing Ozzy’s intelligence
we’re going to see how smart he really
is for those of you don’t know that this
is Ozzy he’s a blue merle Australian
Shepherd I’ve had him for about a year
and a couple of weeks he is one of the
craziest dogs I’ve ever seen this is the
same dog who pees on his own leg when
he’s peeing and we’re going to see just
how smart he is compared to these other
dogs on YouTube are you smarter than
those other dogs are you smarter than
those other dogs
you ready but I’m just going to have to
go through four tasks and depending on
how long it takes them to finish the
task he’ll either get one point 2 points
are three points ok guys for the first
test
it’s the blanket test we’re tossing a
blanket over Ozzy’s head so if he
succeeds in 30 seconds or less than he
gets three points if he if it takes some
31 seconds to two minutes then he gets
two points but if he tries and can’t
check the blanket off then he gets one
point if he doesn’t try at all then he
is zero points okay guys so since I was
a little crazy I got a really big
blanket so we’re going to see how long
it takes him to get out of this one

right under 30 seconds as you got three
points on that one guys he did it with a
huge blanket under 30 seconds so that’s
pretty impressive I think he easily
earns that three points right there
okay guys for this test we’re going to
place a treat underneath the towel and
see how long it takes Ozzy to get it so
the same rules apply it
aza succeeds in 30 seconds or less he
gets three points if it takes him 31
seconds to two minutes then he gets two
points if he gets it after 2 minutes Ben
it’s 1 point and if he just tries and
doesn’t get it he gets 0 points ok

so I’ll do gave a valiant effort on that
one but he was unable to recover the
treat at all oh you got it about three
minutes later
Ozzy you got it did he find your treat
so it took out two about three minutes
to find that treat so he was sniffing
over the towel right where the treat was
so he knew it was there we’ll give him
one point for that one not a job well
done ah soon okay guys
for this third test we have constructed
a plank over some books that we have to
put the trees underneath the plank
whereas you can’t get it with his mouth
and he has to get it with his paw if he
gets to treat within 30 seconds then he
gets free points if it takes some longer
than 30 seconds then it’s 2 points and
if he fails completely but he still uses
his paws then that’s one point and if he
failed us and only tries to use his
mouth that’s zero points okay
maybe we should take some of these books
out this is a little hard for you
that one only took I do eight seconds to
get and he used his paws only for it he
pulled the treat out underneath the
plank and then ate it so he gets a total
of three points
boom what a genius for the last and
final task we’re going to place a treat
under one of three cups and I’m going to
show oz you and then and then we’re
going to take him out of the room for
about 30 seconds and play with him for a
little bit and then we’re going to bring
them back in and if he goes to the cup
with the treat under it and knocks it
over and get the treats and that’s three
points if he goes to another cup and
then the correct one then it’s two
points if he goes to the to incorrect
ones and then the correct one then
that’s one point and he doesn’t go to
any cup then it’s zero points we last in
finals past three cups okay okay come on
a few moments later you got it good boy
good boy be checked the correct one the
first time so that means you got three
points that’s it for the dog IQ test
guys as you got three points for getting
out of the blanket that I’ve tossed over
him he got one point for the treat
underneath the towel he got three points
for the treat underneath the plank and
then he also got three points for
picking the correct cup which the treat
was under so overall Asda got a ten out
of twelve on the dog IQ test which I
would say is pretty excellent eyes use a
smart dog apparently his trainer has
been training them great thanks for
