Dog Training – Mr. Mousie & Mr. Carcass
these are probably two of the most
misunderstood toys that dogs have a lot
of people will get plush toys given to
the dog and they will rip them apart
that’s basically training dogs to
destroy household items isn’t it so
these two chew toys mr. mousey mr.
carcass have two very different uses
mr. carcass is a tug toy take your thumb
don’t take it there we go and the dogs
can play tug with it obviously only when
I’m here it’s not a toy for the two of
them to rip apart thank you and because
you’re playing tug we have lots of rules
sit good dogs you can take it go on take
it
oh come on oh come on put mr. carcass
now we have strict rules here the dogs
mustn’t touch my hand with their teeth
and they must let me have it when I say
thank you thank you good you get a 5
second timer Thank You mr. carcass is
very tired after all that away and it’s
time to say hello to mr. mousey
now mr. mousey is very sensitive
claws we’re filming
Thank You mr. mousey we can say hello to
but we mustn’t Viton because quickly
quickly we can weaken
squeaky squeaky squeaky so in mr. mousey
I try and teach doing on Hugo
you never bite it it basically I pretend
that mr. mousey is a real mouse or a
kitten or a baby and it’s a way of
teaching the dog’s gently so let’s see
like an excited that’s very good
I’m really impressed both of you you’re
so good that you know what mr. caucus
has said he want to come out hi again
mr. caucus ticket yeah there’s a good
dog okay don’t mr. caucus pull mr.
caucus okay thank you
yeah well I think that’s all I think now
mr. caucus lobster I was gonna wave
goodbye who’s only got back legs bye bye
everybody say goodbye to mr. caucus and
the important thing about these plush
toys is now we put them away
put them sleeping place mr. mousey lives
up here and mr. carcass there’s next to
him yeah we probably should mr. mouse’s
tail dangling like that okay guys
