Dog Training – Urban Neutrality Work
rich SOT k9 don’t worry it’s time we
talking in the background anyway we’re
all here right now what’s that dog breed
again got a cane corso five-month-old
all behind us
we got a Doberman playing right here
wait tasty this behemoth
we got a behemoth on the ground over
here with Tommy big ol bully Kelsie
raise your hands to know you out there
we got a pitbull hold place Tyler down
here with a with a Vizsla right here
holding place maintained at 6 feet at
all times guys look at the distance blue
to distance and right here you won’t see
a bunch of dogs get excited and call
somebody to get corrected so what
happens is when one trainer gets super
excited with a puppy then everybody else
has a correct your dog I’m just kidding
but I’ll make a lot of headway man this
guy’s doing real good a lot of
reactivity issues coming along real nice
learning to hold a lot of room for
correction but he’s learning the whole
Tommy over here rocking a rolling but
this is a point of video man shakes out
Lou these streets empty empty streets
pretty wild
toddler you anything to say Jeter just
showed up made a quick appearance just
bought a new van Kelsey you got a sec
are you wonder where everybody’s at it’s
kind of weird right I mean rich sidewise
bust somebody’s balls where’s everybody
else at exactly if Kelsey’s here why is
nobody else here that’s a good question
nice Tommy what you got damn you hear
that we’ve got a random pregnant girl
out here hanging out
she’s just tagging along we don’t know
who she is yet I’m just kidding oh there
you go where’s everybody yet okay anyway
guys rich that k9 we’re out it’s still
social distancing we’re following all
the guidelines were following all the
practices but we got to get reps on
these dogs man so we’re still using
advantage we’re still getting reps
everything’s still going good and you
got dogs with love to train them
love to
with you and let us know how we got come
on boss you good you’re all good man
thank you sir I’m doing fantastic
where’s everybody at man go ahead yeah
anyway guys so rich that k9 guys right
one second dog boss cause he’s always do
bite but uh let us know how we can help
you guys second half of the night
in Winchester new group of dogs at a
Shepherd got a rowdy pump got a mini pit
or just a small pit bull better way to
that we have a black Mouth Cur
black Mouth Cur a little coon hound
right here with Tommy
we got the Quantico terror or a little
you know the guys one things that we do
often you can do with your dogs meet up
form a circle we were doing this long
before social distance N or anything
else because always start a lot of our
urban things like this what we want is
for the dogs to go to neutral so you see
a little pit bull right there just
working on focus work on eye contact on
a real good job Kelsie’s dog just
maintaining a sit this shepherd
surprisingly is not lunging biting
hasn’t bitten me and not snapping
anybody doing pretty damn good job Tyler
over here this curve working on
engagement you can see Tommy right here
again working on engagement neutrality
and engagement in the presence of
stimulus is a very real real-world
transferable behavior that the average
house pet lacks and it may not look like
dog training in this sense but just
being out here and being around other
dogs under control goes a really long
wait and your dog transferring back to
your house and being under control when
you take them out so that’s it
