Easiest Dog Breeds to Train
sit drop okay so I got Hana running with the frisbee now now somebody asked me yesterday underneath the video that I did while I was saying I was having trouble getting hot Oh to hold the frisbee okay and somebody said it’s really nice to say that you’re having trouble with the dog you make it look so easy you’re out of your mind if you think that I’m making it look eat it’s just silly it’s a silly comment and I’ll tell you why the whole time I’ve been training hanno I’ve been trying to explain that at times it wasn’t it wasn’t easy and I said in the video yesterday it wasn’t easy to teach him hold and it’s not easy to teach any dog hold and I’ve said this in every video that I do on hold it’s the toughest take then you’re going to teach the dog is to hold and pick up objects and do retrieving people aren’t listening it’s ridiculous about every two weeks it’s about every two weeks I’m asked what is the easiest breed of dog to Trey my answer is always the same there is no easy dog to train are you out of your mind it’s not easy to treat any dog it doesn’t matter if it’s hanno here are fit inside alright let’s talk about the cocker spaniels my cup a dog which I love and I mess he can turn off light switches he can do all kinds of stuff and I think that people see that I could train mica to turn off a light switch but he did – he did three boarding trains with me to get to that point it was never easy to train mica or jopi you think that it was easy to train Jupe the cocker spaniel to do a reverse retrieve and psycho plastic and paper now was never easy there is no easy breed of dog to train they’re all about the same level him the only sticking point with him is that he’s a very dominant dog okay he’s dominant and his breed and he’s in the teenage months that’s that makes it difficult because the dog in the teenage months it’s you know it’s trying to you know be like independence sort of it’s trying to stand up and make sure that you’re a competent leader they’ll do that like at like a 16 year old boy standing up to his dad no you dad that’s what the dogs do and that’s what he’s been doing that makes it more difficult there’s always something about every dog okay some things are a query easy we’re easier to train with hanno some things were totally easy like him holding a door club open man I taught this dog to do that in like 15 minutes that was easy there’s always something about every dog that makes it difficult to train or more difficult you know like things are going good and then all of a sudden you have a problem this him not holding the frisbee proper I know it’s just like a matter of time and just working through it and that’s that’s how it is with all dogs it doesn’t matter what breed you get there’s absolutely no breed of dog that’s easy to train there isn’t and if you don’t want to train a dog and you want to get a dog that’s already trained to think about getting a racing greyhound they’re already crate trained they’re couch potatoes pretty much they don’t do much in your house you don’t want to have a cat around them and you don’t want to let them off of a leash that’s the only dog that I can think of that would be like oh I want to get a dog but I don’t want to I don’t want to train it you still would have to train that the racing greyhound you know you’d still have to work with it but it’s pretty much worked with you know in a 24-hour period it’s worked two hours a day with a professional trainer every day they’re really crate trained through you know they’re sort of ready to go but it’s a dog you’re still gonna have problems with that dog – there is no easy dog I know a dog trainer that only adopts X racing greyhounds and I think it’s pathetic it’s a food trainer of course I’m telling you they’re all about the same they are they’re all about the same he’s as easy as spin he’s as easy as Micah or Jupi amico there’s similarities with him that I saw in Miko or Bowser you know with Shiva’s in that you know he’ll do this he would do this thing like I don’t want to do it and make a vocalization which is this tactic go like I don’t want to do it I’m gonna try this stand target with your dog it doesn’t matter what the dogs doing if it’s if you’re getting a refusal just stay calm and keep sending that message to your dog whatever breed it is that they need to be compliant it doesn’t matter what what the breed is I had people contact me and say oh it’s such-and-such a breed you know do you have any experience with I have experience with all breeds and there is no breed that is so different than any other breed they’re all the subspecies of the wolf this this dog has dingo bred into it doesn’t matter a dingo subspecies of the wolf they’re all related to the wolf all dogs I know that’s it I can tell I can tell anybody that calls me up and says I have a dog what if you know I’ll say what age is it and I can tell them how long it’s going to take approximately to get their dog trained because they all get figure that figure it out in a certain like timeframe give or take you know some days that’s it they’re all about the same smart level even though you have a breed here that I would consider smart you know sort of a problem solver that’s why they try that screaming like a Shiba no I don’t want to do it no you will do it they’re all the same you’re not gonna find a dog a breed of dog that’s easy to train so stop thinking that and if you’re looking for a dog right you’re looking for a dog you shouldn’t really consider the look although everybody does you know like the Shiba people get the Shiba which is not an easy dog to train they’re dominant and smart and they’ll try tactics like that screaming I’ve talked about this in all Han people say why Shiba never did that well you probably didn’t train your Shi by either you let your sheep up on the bed you let your Shiba do whatever you know try training it maybe you did maybe the Shiba try that tactic because I’ve seen it in a lot of dogs I’m just telling you for a fact no dog is easier to train than any other dog some dogs are a little bit harder but it’s all like personal preference you know what I’m saying to to me hearing the dog like try the vocalization I can you know I can’t stand it like stop doing that dog there are times I’ve seen Ohana what are you doing it for I’m not doing anything to you you see what I’m saying so that made it more difficult but generally speaking he’s you know is easy to train as any other dog for me I’m just telling you as a novice person a person that doesn’t really have any dog training experience or has you know your novice trainer you’re not gonna find an easier breed of dog they all have their you know individual things my Labrador Ike right he’s friendly as can be but he’s an excitable type of dog and all dogs are excitable in varying degrees that’s what I’m saying anything that you see in hano hano in these teenage months you’re gonna see in every other breed in the teenage months you are in varying degrees there’s like a spectrum of dog behavior and all dogs fall in that spectrum of dog behavior in varying degrees some might be way over here on dominance some might be over here more towards the submissive but it doesn’t matter if there are even the dog that’s sort of cement submissive is gonna be dumb and at at times and tell you to off do you understand there is no easy breed of dog there’s no easier breed of dog to train they all are difficult to train that’s why we have four million dogs dying every year we have four million dogs dying every year because people are unrealistic and thinking that you’re gonna find the easier breed of dog to train your foolish you are your foolish some dogs would be easier to train in other words like it might GSP would be sort of easier to train to hunt birds in a field okay then ha no but could you train hanno to find birds in a field yes but because a breeding talk I might be considered easier to do that but was talking easy more difficult is hyperactive see what I’m saying I know it’s not hyperactive he might be as dominant as my GSP Tonka but he’s not hyperactive there’s no easy I’m you know I’m repeating myself but there is no easier breed of dog to train okay they’re all about the same difficulty they all fall in this spectrum people need to start being more realistic about dogs I gotta get back to train ha no he’s doing great we’re running with this in his mouth now he’s taking it we’re gonna do this for a few more days I’m gonna take him out in the field with my dog Brewster Brewster can catch up roost me and I’m gonna put him off to the side right I’m gonna put a Hondo off to the side and let him watch Brewster catch a frisbee but he’s not gonna I’m not gonna allow him to do it she’s in a little monkey see monkey doing denial really it’s denial you got to play by the rules so if you’re gonna do what Brewster does and then when I’m done so when it – Brewster and Brewster catches it in front of him right I’m gonna put him up that’s denial here’s another example of denial Connor sit no sit I don’t let him go after it Stan isle denial diversion and delay the three days of dog training sit then I walk over there and pick it up in front of them your good boy do I know good boy good boy I got to get back to work we’re running with this in his mouth you
