good morning good morning Peter and I
just traded spots Becky came over
earlier today and we had a good chat and
now it’s all over grooming time so hurry
up we do what some people call the puppy
cut which is the same length all over
and we just we use a 3/8 inch blade and
why Oliver favorite thing in the world
but would they do yep and we have um as
a said this is a trope map from our
matrix that got total and makes for a
nice hair poofing not yeah I would just
have our kitchen table so about we have
the mount on top of there when you’re
trying to shave somebody else’s beard
moving target he used to like it
yeah well yeah I do you like it right
yes so I found that if I start on his
neck like that if I scratch and then I
work my way up here that’s funny because
when I do is beard I go from the front
to the back a real reason different
strokes for different folks
hey oh you’re looking so nice you are

Starbucks working on his sermon for
Sunday and I am finished there what’s
crazy but I use um like an old t-shirt
and get it wet and then run it down his
body to collect all the little loose
hairs um just like the little trimmings
so now I’m going to I collect all his
little hair in a bag
um and then I can vacuum down
here but quite the event when we groom
him you gonna show us you got to show
off your new haircut but here I am guys
a little shaving lamb I share my little

thanks for being patient with us that
took a long time but I kind of took them
ready to learn another break so we just
kind of do it at our own pace Oh Ollie I
hate to tell you this but you look
pathetic when you do that you look

where you wear all your toys are now
where are all your squeaky toys let’s

you still aren’t sure if this quite fits
in this area um I put we had a few books
so we put the book there and I put his
toys in here which they’ve already made
their way to the floor um and then I
think I’ll use this in another area
that’s what is toys oh and before but
we’ll see we’ll leave it here for now if
not I can use it to organize stuff
upstairs
so either way it’ll be good

whenever we shave him Mary did such a
good job whenever we shave him we call
him our lamb because he looks like a
little shaved lamb anyways I just got
home guys I’ve been out finishing up my
sermon for Sunday and I’m really pumped
about it I’m preaching on The Book of
Ruth so hopefully I’ll get that recorded
on Sunday and doing well my channel next
week but he was the funny thing about
tonight I went to well I we told you
guys a while back Panera Bread gave me
free bagels for the month so I was like
oh I’ll go study at Panera because I can
get a free bagel so in theory that was a
great idea but what I didn’t realize was
that’s where all all the high school
students in the area go hang out on a
Friday night so it was full of awkward
romance and I got to witness probably
the 16 year old girl introducing her
boyfriend to her mom for the first time
and it was the awkwardest thing I’ve
ever seen me and it was so funny and yet
it was really kind of appropriate
because the Book of Ruth is a love story
and so it was it was kind of a humorous
backdrop for me to work on my sermon
well I accidentally lied to them I
thought you into Starbucks Oh
well that’s my that’s my usual spot and
I was I was reading going to pinare
because I was like this is so annoying
all these hybrids
oh my hair and one Friday night
Starbucks is usually empty so I was like
ah didn’t I go to Starbucks
last week yeah that’s funny anyways I’ve
explained this before but Peters brain
works really well with a lot of
distractions
well maybe not high school student well
right but I don’t like the coffee the
coffee shop environment is like a good
environment for me like it when I’m home
there’s just a lot of things but
sometimes distract me like like when I
always need help with things yeah which
that’s a good distraction but when I
needed to slide buckle down and get my
sermon done it’s good for me is get a
change of scenery and I like it people
watched you while I’m like thinking yeah
it’s a good like I don’t know inner
imitating you’re being silly boy you are
being so silly I know you probably like
oh my goodness you are so cute
I am oh I have another surprise for you
oh really we put it on yourself hey wait
what put theirs log on yourself oh okay
I already did my best oh yes we are
pardoning the night our day I’m done my
sermon you’re done your vet I got some
sushi and we’re gonna have a party um a
longer thing about when I go out and
work on my sermon like out in public
it’s it’s like a good reminder for me
because I don’t know sometimes I like to
visualize like strangers who might show
up to church on Sunday or you guys who
have never met who might be listening to
my sermon and think about like like
tonight I was thinking about what if
that person sitting across from me was
listening to this sermon how would I say
this differently or how would I need to
explain this differently and so it’s
really like helpful for me to go out and
get to like plan in public
anyways that’s a really good point yeah
yeah that’s a really good point
so let’s party okay
yes just finished my third tasting for
the day and I have to say is a it’s an
accomplishing feeling when I’ve done my
three case since for the day taken my
medicines and basically if I feel like
I’m on top of the things that I’m
supposed to do for my body that I feel
like okay I checked all the boxes I did
what I had to do and if I was able to do
anything else in between there that’s
like a bonus on top so I consider today
success though I went nowhere
today was success and I think for each
person success is measured differently
for one person it success in the
business world where they work for
another person it’s success with on
surviving another day with children or
whatever your successful day is so don’t
forget that you even if you stayed in
bed today you had a successful day
