How to Make a Dog Throw Up (Safely and Quickly)

this is my chocolate Labrador sadie and
today we’re gonna show you how to make
yours awesome you’re going to need two
things to make your dog throw up
the first is hydrogen peroxide and you
want to make sure that it’s 3% so rehear
under active ingredients it says
hydrogen peroxide 3% and you’re also
going to need a syringe and that’s how
you’re going to get your dog to swallow
the block size now thankfully Sadie
doesn’t need to throw up so I’m not
actually going to give her the peroxide
but what you’re gonna want to do is take
one teaspoon for every 5 pounds of body
weight and you’re gonna do 3 tablespoons
at the maximum there are 3 teaspoons and
every tablespoon so that would be 9
teaspoons maximum so any dog weighing
more than 45 pounds which would be sadie
she weighs 75 pounds is only going to
get three tablespoons three tablespoons
of the maximum you’re going to give
you’re going to put it in your syringe
and then you’re just gonna open your
dog’s mouths get the syringe to the back
and squirt the peroxide in he’s not
gonna like it he’s gonna lick and
swallow it so as long as most of it goes
down you’ll be all set
too much peroxide could actually cause
stomach ruptures so you want to make
sure that you do it the first time
wait 2 to 5 minutes and your dog should
throw up if he doesn’t you can dose one
more time if he doesn’t throw up after
that you need to immediately seek
veterinary help do not dose any more
