How To Teach Your Dog Tricks, Controlling Your Siberian Husky

a training video so here it is I will
give you guys my best attempt on how to
train your Siberian Husky of course you
will need treat weary up Thanh life now
let’s get into the video all treats do
is they encourage your dog it call me
chef boy or milk-bone nobody actually
calls me that but I wish they did I got
these treats from my local Walmart they
were about five dollars for both of them
now that we have our treats let’s get
into the video
first things first before you start
training your dog you’re going to need
their full attention Oh some mistakes I
see dog owners do is they chase their
dog for their attention you need to let
your dog know that you are in control so
as soon as your dog loses interest stop
the session you want to make your
training sessions to be for anywhere
from five minutes to ten minutes maybe
three 10-minute sessions in one day you
never want to overwhelm your dog let’s
say he’s a brand new puppy he knows
absolutely nothing you want your dog to
know that he’s a good boy it can only be
one owner since these dogs are extremely
loyal they will only be loyal to the dog
owners what’s really important you train
your dog yourself if you take your dog
to a dog trainer
they might not react the same way as
they did to the trainer it’s always
important to have the connection with
your dog like I said never chase your
dog for their attention if your dog
knows that you’re gonna follow him with
everything he does then he’s not going
to listen to you he needs to do
something you want in order for him to

see starting off with our first trick
the most simple trick see now sit is by
far the easiest trick to teach your dog
all you have to do is grab a tree in
your hand put it in front of his nose
and elevate the tree a bit in order to
get your dog to sit down you need to
hold a tree in your hand put the Treat
in front of his nose let them know you
have a treat if your dog still does not
sit elevate the treat a bit as soon as
your dog sits treat them let’s try it
with Milo there’s pretty good at not
doing tricks sit and as soon as he sits
down reward him good boy make sure
they’re looking up so they have to sit
down what makes them sit down is the
fact that you’re elevating the tree
above their head level a state is by far
the easiest trick to learn the second
trick I’m gonna teach you guys will be
down once your dog has mastered the sit
trick from the sit position drop the
treat to the floor down when they lay
down reward so once again hold the Treat
in the sit position and then lower the
treat down
good you don’t want to keep repeating
the action over and over until they
actually know what they’re supposed to
be doing so don’t start off by saying
the command say the command after they
do the action and then treat them then
they will affiliate the word with the
action after your dog nose down the
third trick your dog should learn is
weight or stay this trick your dog could
either be sitting down or laying down
this trick will consume the most grief
since you will need to treat your dog
very often start off with start off with
treat start off with treating your dog
when they’re sitting down they good keep
rewarding them as they remain seated
stay good good you want to make it clear
that the tree will come to him stay good
all this will take time your dog will
most likely get it with it a day
wait good the main highlight to this
trick is letting your dog understand
that he could just wait and the treat
will come to him
good in order to do all of these tricks
it’s really important your dog has eye

moving on to the fourth trick having
your dog’s full attention is really
needed in order to do all the tricks
start by holding on to a tree now your
finger will be your best ally to your
dog he knows once this finger is up
something is going to happen start by
straightening your pointer finger and
putting it in between your eyes and
saying look at me once your dog has eye
contact with you since he will be
looking at the tree and the tree is
directly in your face reward your dog
the next step to this will be to just
say look at me good without the finger
in between your eyes look at me good

good so once again you just want to hold
the treat and put your finger in between
your eyes as you see the command look at
me look at me good the fifth trick I
will be teaching you guys will be the
pod command for the pod command you want
your dog to be in the SiC position after
your dogs in the sit position begin by
lightly rubbing your dog’s foot good by
rubbing your dog’s butt he knows that
something is up and he lost that pod to
do something now the next step after
that will just be to hold your hand out
just remember that all of these tricks
require patience and persistence good
once your dog has learned the paw
command you can go one step further high
five
this is pretty much the same as paw
instead of holding your hand like this
you want to do the high five motion and
slightly elevate it I thought good high
five good from the paw you will learn
the high-five moving on to the sixth tip
which will be speak in order to get your
dog to speak you want to start by just
holding the tree out in front of them as
soon as they make any noise reward your
dog it doesn’t have to be a BART any
noise can count good
a little snuffle is good after your dog
starts making noise then you introduce
the command speak good try to introduce
the command at the same time that your
dog makes the noise just to connect
those two moving on to the seventh trick
now krypto still hasn’t mastered this
but we will give it a try once your dog
is in the down position start by
positioning the tree on either side of
your dog’s face good boy roll over
