Man Killed Pit Bull After It Attacked His Dog
charges are now being fly are not being
filed rather against a note on a man who
stabbed and killed his neighbor’s
pitbull Chuck Hale told police said he
took the drastic action after his
neighbor’s dog locked onto his golden
retriever the pitbull apparently escaped
from its house and wandered into Hales
backyard and as Bill Hudson explains the
incident raises questions about where to
assess blame it wasn’t the first time
this golden retriever was the target of
a neighbor’s pit bull despite a fenced
back yard it happened again when a four
year old pitbull named Hennessey got out
of its house and into a neighbor’s
backyard by this time I’m in fear that
my dog is gonna be dead
I mean she’s got him by the throat Chuck
Hale won’t show his face saying he’s
being threatened by angry dog owners
when the pitbull locked on to his dog’s
neck Chuck says he punched and pulled
without luck then yelled for a knife
unfortunately I had to end up taking
that dog’s life in order to save my
dog’s life Ella and as this unfolds this
is the third attack these dogs have done
on my dog in my yard on my property
nobody’s ever had issues Juan and Sonya

went way too far they claim they could
have separated the dogs and the Hales
only yelled for help there’s so many
other ways of stopping something like
this you know I mean you mean a simple
grabbing a hose and wetting the dogs
just to distract them they go stop the
incident prompted inflammatory comments
against both parties on social media one
of them particularly said I know we’re
who he is where he works he better watch
out police listed the dog is potentially
dangerous after a 2012 attack on Chris

will cool and that both parties take
responsibility for a scene got out of
hand just hurts me see what happened

they say the pitbull was listed as
potentially dangerous as in part due to
the previously reported dog attack and
has also weighed in the decision not to
charge chuck Hale with killing that dog
for pestering his dog
clearly it’s still a tense situation is
anything being done to defuse it yeah
very much so one’s wife actually Sonia
says she’s starting a local dog social
just a couple of times a month she’s
hoping to bring in dog trainers and
hopes of teaching owners how to handle
these tough situations and it’s hoped
that some good is going to result from a
very difficult very tough situation
