Pointer – English Pointer Dog

this is Belle it used to be known as
English Pointer until about 25 years ago
the pointer was actually changed as two
pointer and the English was dropped from
the name Belle is actually was born in
Mexico
her father was actually imported to
Mexico from Italy she was just a great
girl there’s four different colors and
pointers one’s orange and white one’s
lemon in life the distinctive difference
between the two is that she has a black
nose which makes her an orange white and
if her nose was pink then she would be a
lemon in white we also have liver and
white and black and white black and
white used to be the most prominent
color out there in the United States
orange and white has pretty much taken
over that colorization in the last 10-15
years she’s a really type orner by the
AKC standards she has quite a good nose
on her and has a nice hunting instinct
and it’s just a real pleasure to have as
a house pet she’s got a really keen nose
as you can see she’s quite perky this
morning with the the wind up and she can
smell the birds in the air and she’s
always ready to please the most famous
pointer we always like to kid around is
Pluto so and she and actually all four
colors can’t come in a solid just like
Pluto so you know you have four colors
all with white or in solid
