RESCUED! A4934691 Romeo | Golden Retriever Dachshund Mix
look at this handsome mug this is Romeo
Romeo’s ID number is eight four nine
three four six nine one and Romeo is an
8 year old male golden believe it or not
dachshund and golden retriever mix cuz
he’s got a log lowrider body and short
little stumpy legs but look at that face
that looks like a golden retriever if I
ever saw it but he weighs only 21 pounds
so it’s probably mostly dachshund going
on in this little body our poor Romeo
here has a few medical issues that we
want to point out he has some hair loss
and alopecia here and it might be
related to the fact that he came into
the shelter with some ticks on him which
we’ve been working on getting off of him
and it definitely can’t feel good for
the poor guy he also has a little bit of
lameness in one of his back hind legs
it’s a little weak and he has some
trouble walking on it so that’s
something that needs to get looked at by
an outside vet and he also has a heart
murmur
which is usually something that’s not
that much of a big deal it can usually
be managed with inexpensive medication
but it’s also something that should get
looked at by an outside vet but
regardless Romeo is as a sweet puppy
we’ve had him out he’s okay being picked
up and held he is nonreactive to other
dogs and he did show signs of being
housebroken while out in the yard
and I think I did not mention this
earlier Romeo was found as a stray in
West Covina on April 4th so that anyone
is looking for their dear puppy and in

for a new home he needs a little bit of
medical attention but he seems like a
very sweet boy and doesn’t seem at all
like he’s eight years old either
I mean look at this puppy face he looks
like a puppy if you would like some love
and care and attention and perhaps with
a rescue or a new home outside of the
