Yorkshire Terrier Found Crushed by Fed Ex Package
this adorable Yorkshire Terrier was
killed in the most unthinkable way
little Cooper’s owners Mitchell Galan
and Keiko Napier say their four pound
Terrier was crushed by a package thrown
by a FedEx delivery guy
Cooper was definitely a member of the
family she and her dog were inseparable
the dog’s owners say the FedEx delivery
guy walked up to the wall outside their
home with a box containing a glass bowl
and a Scrabble set he chucked the box
over the fence the other side of that
fence was Cooper the dog when I walked
outside I only saw that Cooper was
basically under the package it was awful
she was not moving I picked up the
package and there was a huge amount of
blood for a very small dog blood still
stains the ground where Cooper was
crushed
Mitchell rushed Cooper to the vet she
was alive and the dog was placed in this
oxygenated kennel to bring down swelling
but these x-rays showed extensive damage
to Cooper’s lungs and liver the medical
report lists traumatic injury
Cooper was euthanized what did you love
most about Cooper she just was the most
loving docile dog and she would just
look at you and your heart would melt
FedEx says we extend our deepest
sympathies to the family of the pet
involved in this incident based on the
outcome of our investigation we will
take the appropriate action but that’s
not good enough for this grieving family
if that package had hit our
granddaughter or myself it would have
seriously injured us as well the notion
of throwing things over a fence is
unacceptable
